Benjamin Martin is the founder and President of ETR Leadership Solutions.  He is an international speaker on leadership, including his unique and entertaining presentations on organizational culture, conflict management, and emotional intelligence.

Benjamin has an extensive career in public safety spanning the last 16 years, specifically serving as a front-line supervisor and middle-manager with a large fire department in the United States.

He is currently working on his Doctor of Education in Learning and Leadership with a concentration in organizational psychology.  He has a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in emergency services management.  He has authored over twenty published leadership articles.  He has extensive experience in providing leadership training to public and private organizations including behavioral interviewing, individual leadership learning plans, and emotional competencies.
